INFORMATION, COSTS AND CONTACTS

The TV reports and programmes featured on this website have been prepared using the information provided by the organisations or individuals featured. Those organisations or individuals or their agents take responsibly for the contents and undertake to Broadband TV Channel that the information is accurate and lawful. They or their agents have agreed to indemnify Broadband TV Channel against any reasonable claim relating to the laws governing the publication of advertising, sales of goods and property mis-description.

Recognition Services Ltd. ownes www.broadbandtvchannel.co.uk. We have a network of TV crews around the UK. We can devise, film, edit and post web TV reports on the internet for the following fees.

A: Short report with simple edit and no more than 1 hour filming £490 plus VAT
B: Short report with simple edit and no more than 3.5 hrs filming £590 plus VAT
C: Short report with complex edit and no more than 6 hrs filming
£690 plus VAT
D: Studio based discussion programme up to 15 minutes long £850 plus VAT

The cost placing a short report on the web site is free for two months. However there will be a small charge for reports on the site thereafter, you will be given the choice to pay the charge or delete the report. At present the charge is £20 plus VAT per month (this charge is subject to review based on prevailing market conditions).

Once the reports are made clients are given a WMV file that they may use in anyway they wish. Clients are free to set up a link to our site or point people directly to it. However, we do reserve the right to refuse this if contents of the TV report are likely to fall into dispute or cause damage or perceived damage to our business.

MAKING THE TV REPORTS – WHAT YOU GET FOR YOUR MONEY

TV report includes the following:
• A TV report of up to 3 minutes in duration made using footage shot by a professional TV cameraperson.
• The preparation of a script by our staff and its recording as a commentary by a professional broadcaster.
• Travel of up to 50 miles from our nearest TV crew (extra mileage charges may be levied for further distances, contact us for crew locations)
• Ownership of the copyright of the report.

Broadband TV Channel is a service for producing TV reports that can be used on the internet. It will only prepare reports that are free from controversy and have the highest standards of taste and decency.

We are primarily a content manufacturer and provide a platform for the content we produce. We are prepared to put other content on the site after discussion.
